Ramón Jorques García studied Hospitality in Tourism Centre (CDT), Valencia. He trained with well known chefs like Juan Carlos Galbis, Mariano Moro, Arturo Salvador, Pere Mercado and his tutor and friend Raul Barruguer was the key in his formation. The "Raco de Ramón" joins in harmony the traditional cuisine of la Costera region with contemporary dishes of its creation.
